Finding Peace Through Intuitive Guidance and Mediumship

Life can feel heavy when you are carrying grief, uncertainty, or questions you cannot easily answer. Sometimes what we are looking for is not someone to tell us what to do, but a safe space to feel connected, supported, and clear again.

At Heart & Spirit, my work centers on two forms of support: evidential mediumship and intuitive guidance. Both are rooted in compassion, honesty, and care, but they serve different purposes.

What Is Evidential Mediumship?

Evidential mediumship is the practice of connecting with loved ones in spirit and bringing through specific details that help identify who is coming forward.

This may include personality traits, memories, relationships, meaningful objects, phrases, habits, life details, or messages that feel personal to you. At times, I may also sense information around how someone passed. When this comes through, I share it gently and with sensitivity, always with the intention of bringing validation, understanding, and peace.

My style is evidential, which means I do not want you to give me a lot of information before or during the reading. If I ask a clarifying question, I only ask for a simple yes or no answer. This allows me to continue providing the details rather than having you explain or fill in the blanks.

The purpose of a mediumship reading is not to create fear or make broad statements. It is to offer meaningful evidence of connection and remind you that love continues.

How Mediumship Can Bring Comfort

Many people seek a mediumship reading after the loss of someone they love. Grief can leave us with questions, unfinished conversations, or a deep longing to feel close to that person again.

A reading cannot take away grief, but it can offer comfort. It can bring forward memories, personality traits, or messages that remind you of the bond you shared. Sometimes the smallest detail can be the most meaningful because it feels so specific to your loved one.

Mediumship is not about forcing belief. It is about creating a calm, respectful space where connection can unfold naturally.

What Is Intuitive Guidance?

Intuitive guidance is different from mediumship. While mediumship focuses on connecting with loved ones in spirit, intuitive guidance focuses more on you, your current life, and the clarity you are seeking.

You may come to an intuitive guidance session with a question, a life transition, a relationship concern, an emotional pattern, or a sense that something is shifting but you are not sure what it means.

These sessions are not about predicting your future or telling you what to do. They are about helping you feel more connected to your own inner knowing, understand what may be coming up for you, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Developing Your Own Intuition

Intuitive guidance can also be supportive if you are beginning to recognize your own intuitive abilities.

You may be noticing strong gut feelings, dreams, signs, sensations, or a deeper awareness of people and situations around you. This can feel comforting, confusing, or even overwhelming if you are not sure how to understand it.

In an intuitive guidance session, we can explore how intuition may show up for you, how to trust what you are sensing, and how to develop your gifts in a grounded and compassionate way.

Mediumship and Intuitive Guidance Are Not the Same

Although both involve intuition, they are not the same type of session.

A mediumship reading is focused on loved ones in spirit. The intention is to bring through evidence, memories, and messages that help validate the connection.

An intuitive guidance session is focused on your own life, questions, emotions, direction, and self-trust.

Both can bring comfort and clarity, but choosing the right session depends on what you are seeking.

How to Prepare for a Session

You do not need to do much to prepare. Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and will not be interrupted. Take a few deep breaths, have water nearby, and come with an open mind.

For a mediumship reading, you do not need to tell me who you want to connect with or how they passed. You are welcome to hold someone in your heart, but I cannot guarantee who will come through.

For intuitive guidance, it can be helpful to have a question or area of focus in mind, but you do not need to have everything figured out before we begin.

The Heart of This Work

Whether you are seeking connection with a loved one in spirit or clarity around your own path, my intention is the same: to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported.

This work is not about fear, pressure, or prediction. It is about comfort, connection, honesty, and peace.

You are not alone.

Love continues.

And clarity can come gently.
