My intention is to provide a welcoming, compassionate, and respectful environment for those seeking meaningful spiritual connections, intuitive guidance, and personal development.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session, purchasing an event ticket, or participating in any service offered by Heart & Spirit Mediumship.

By completing a booking or purchase and accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

1. Services Provided

Heart & Spirit Mediumship offers spiritual and personal-development services, including but not limited to:

Private evidential mediumship readings
Intuitive guidance sessions
Mediumship and intuitive development mentoring
Private group mediumship readings
Public group mediumship events
Spiritual development workshops
Educational programs and related materials

These services are offered with the intention of providing spiritual connection, insight, encouragement, and opportunities for personal growth.

All services are subject to availability and the policies outlined in this agreement.

2. Nature of Mediumship and Intuitive Services

Mediumship and intuitive guidance are spiritual practices based on personal beliefs, interpretations, and experiences.

Every session is unique. While I approach my work with sincerity, integrity, compassion, and the intention of sharing meaningful information, specific connections, messages, outcomes, or experiences cannot be guaranteed.

Information shared during readings or guidance sessions may be interpreted differently by each individual.

Clients acknowledge that:

A particular loved one in Spirit may not necessarily communicate during a reading.
Specific messages or information cannot be requested or guaranteed.
The content and direction of each session may vary.
Individual experiences and interpretations are subjective.
No particular emotional, spiritual, or personal outcome is promised.

Your participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own interpretation of the information shared.

3. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

Heart & Spirit Mediumship services are spiritual and personal-development experiences.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, psychological, or emotional condition.

Services are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health counseling, therapy, or other licensed healthcare services.

I do not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, recommend discontinuing prescribed treatments, or offer medical or psychological treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Information shared during a session should not be used as a reason to disregard or delay necessary professional care.

4. Legal, Financial, and Professional Advice Disclaimer

Information shared during readings, intuitive guidance, mentoring, workshops, or events is not intended to constitute legal, financial, investment, business, or other regulated professional advice.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship does not provide legal representation, financial planning, investment recommendations, or professional business consulting.

Clients should seek qualified professional advice when making decisions involving legal matters, financial obligations, investments, medical care, or other significant personal circumstances.

All decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the individual receiving the service.

5. Private Readings and Individual Sessions

Private sessions are scheduled for the duration selected during booking.

Clients are encouraged to arrive or connect promptly at their scheduled appointment time.

If a client arrives late, the session may need to end at its originally scheduled time to accommodate other appointments.

Additional time cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to participate in a quiet, comfortable environment where they can be present and focused on their experience.

Private sessions are intended for the individual who booked the appointment unless arrangements have been made in advance.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy for Individual Sessions

I understand that circumstances sometimes change and that appointments occasionally need to be canceled or rescheduled.

The following policies apply to private readings, intuitive guidance sessions, and individual mentoring appointments.

Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before an Appointment

Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of their session payment.

Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of an Appointment

Clients who cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment will receive a credit equal to the amount paid toward a future session with Heart & Spirit Mediumship.

Credits:

May be applied toward a future eligible session.
Are subject to appointment availability.
Have no cash redemption value.
Are not refundable.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

If a session is canceled within 48 hours, the resulting session credit may be applied toward a newly scheduled appointment.

Clients should contact Heart & Spirit Mediumship as soon as possible when a scheduling conflict arises.

These policies are subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

7. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior cancellation notice.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and have not notified Heart & Spirit Mediumship will be responsible for the full session fee.

No-show appointments are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling credits, or transfers to future sessions.

If the appointment was prepaid, the full session payment will be retained.

If payment has not yet been collected, the full session fee will remain due, subject to the booking agreement and applicable law.

8. Public Group Mediumship Events and Workshops

Group mediumship events offer participants an opportunity to experience evidential mediumship in a shared setting.

During these gatherings, messages and information may be shared with selected individuals as connections unfold.

Because these are group events, an individual reading or personal message is not guaranteed for every attendee.

Attendance does not guarantee:

Communication with a specific loved one.
A personal message or individual reading.
A particular spiritual experience.
Any specific outcome.

Participants are asked to respect the experiences and emotions of others.

Event Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases for public group mediumship events and workshops are final and nonrefundable.

Ticket purchases are for admission to the event, not a guaranteed individual reading.

If Heart & Spirit Mediumship cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the opportunity to transfer their purchase to a rescheduled event.

Any additional rights required by applicable law will be honored.

Event dates, locations, schedules, and participation details will be communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Private Group Mediumship Readings

Private group readings may be arranged for families, friends, or other private gatherings.

These experiences are designed to provide meaningful opportunities for spiritual connection in a shared, supportive environment.

As with public group events, personal messages or individual readings cannot be guaranteed for every participant.

Deposits and Reservations

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a private group reading.

Deposit amounts are determined individually based on factors such as:

Group size
Location
Length of the event
Travel requirements
Other arrangements specific to the gathering

The deposit amount, total fee, remaining balance, payment deadlines, and applicable cancellation conditions will be provided before the booking is confirmed.

Deposits are nonrefundable if the client cancels the booking, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the written booking agreement.

Group Organizer Responsibilities

The individual arranging a private group reading is responsible for communicating relevant event details, participation requirements, and expectations to invited guests.

All participants must comply with the age and conduct requirements outlined in these terms.

Private group arrangements may include additional written conditions specific to the event.

10. Travel and Related Expenses

When travel is required for a private group reading, event, workshop, or other agreed service, the person booking the service is responsible for the approved travel and related expenses.

These may include:

Airfare or other transportation expenses
Mileage or ground transportation
Lodging accommodations
Parking and transportation-related fees
Other reasonable expenses directly associated with the booking

Travel arrangements and estimated expenses will be discussed and approved before costs are incurred.

Once travel arrangements have been purchased or expenses have been incurred, those amounts are nonrefundable in the event of client cancellation, except where required by applicable law or the written booking agreement.

If Heart & Spirit Mediumship must cancel an engagement, reimbursement and refund arrangements will be addressed according to the circumstances, applicable booking agreement, and law.

11. Mediumship and Intuitive Development Mentoring

Mediumship mentoring is intended to support individuals who wish to explore, understand, and develop their intuitive or mediumship abilities.

Mentoring may include discussion, instruction, exercises, practice, personal reflection, and individualized guidance.

Every individual's development is unique.

Participation in mentoring does not guarantee:

The development of any particular intuitive or mediumship ability
A specific level of proficiency
Professional certification
Future employment or income
Any particular spiritual or personal outcome

Mentoring is an educational and personal-development experience.

Participants are responsible for their own practice, decisions, and application of the information shared.

12. Age Requirement

All Heart & Spirit Mediumship services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older.

This requirement applies to:

Private readings
Intuitive guidance sessions
Mentoring appointments
Private group readings
Public mediumship events
Workshops and educational programs

By booking a service, purchasing a ticket, or participating in an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship reserves the right to deny participation when this requirement is not met.

Any applicable refund rights will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Booking and Payment

Prices, service durations, and payment requirements are communicated during the booking process or before confirming a private arrangement.

Payment may be required in advance to reserve an appointment or event.

A booking is considered confirmed once the applicable payment and booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been issued.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship is not responsible for missed appointments caused by incorrect contact information provided by the client.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase.

14. Online Sessions and Technical Difficulties

Online and telephone sessions require appropriate communication technology and a suitable environment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet or telephone access for their appointments.

Although reasonable efforts are made to provide uninterrupted sessions, technical difficulties may occasionally occur.

If a significant technical issue prevents a session from proceeding, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or arrange an alternative appointment.

When a technical problem prevents Heart & Spirit Mediumship from providing the purchased service, an appropriate rescheduling or refund option will be offered.

Technical issues will be addressed individually and in accordance with applicable law.

15. Privacy and Confidentiality

Heart & Spirit Mediumship respects the personal and sensitive nature of the information clients may share.

Information discussed during private sessions will be treated with care and discretion.

Private session details will not be intentionally disclosed publicly without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

However, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when information is transmitted through third-party communication platforms or shared during group settings.

Group Events

During group readings, personal information and messages may be heard by other attendees.

Participants are encouraged to respect one another's privacy and refrain from publicly sharing another person's private experiences without permission.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship cannot control the independent actions of other event attendees.

Personal information collected through the website, including contact details and booking information, is addressed separately in the website's Privacy Policy.

16. Recording, Photography, and Video

Clients and attendees may not record private sessions, group readings, workshops, or events without obtaining prior permission.

This includes audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, and other forms of electronic capture.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable client images, recordings, or private session information for promotional purposes.

Event-specific photography or recording arrangements will be communicated when applicable.

Participants who have concerns about recording should contact Heart & Spirit Mediumship before attending.

17. Respectful Conduct

Heart & Spirit Mediumship is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment.

All clients and attendees are expected to treat others with kindness, courtesy, and consideration.

Threatening, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or end a session or event participation when reasonably necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Any resulting refund or payment obligations will be determined according to the applicable booking agreement and law.

18. Personal Responsibility

All services and events are voluntary spiritual and personal-development experiences.

Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for:

Their personal decisions and actions
Their interpretation of information received
Their emotional and spiritual responses
Seeking appropriate professional guidance when necessary
Determining whether the services are suitable for their circumstances

Information received during any service should not replace independent judgment or professional advice where appropriate.

19. No Guaranteed Results or Warranties

Heart & Spirit Mediumship makes no promise or guarantee regarding the specific results or outcomes of readings, intuitive guidance, mentoring, workshops, or other services.

Spiritual experiences and personal interpretations vary among individuals.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services and educational materials are provided without warranties concerning specific spiritual connections, personal results, or fitness for a particular personal purpose.

This provision does not limit any consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heart & Spirit Mediumship is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a client's personal interpretation, independent decisions, or use of spiritual or intuitive information shared during a service.

Clients acknowledge that spiritual guidance and mediumship experiences are subjective and that personal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in this agreement removes a client's nonwaivable legal rights or remedies.

21. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Original content created by Heart & Spirit Mediumship, including written materials, workshop presentations, mentoring exercises, educational resources, recordings, website text, and related materials, remains the property of Heart & Spirit Mediumship or the applicable rights holder.

Materials provided to clients are intended for their individual personal use unless otherwise stated.

Without prior written permission, clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use original educational materials belonging to Heart & Spirit Mediumship.

This provision does not restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

22. Website Accuracy and Errors

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that information on the Heart & Spirit Mediumship website is accurate and current.

Occasional errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur.

Heart & Spirit Mediumship reserves the right to correct inaccurate information, including descriptions, availability, scheduling details, and pricing errors.

You understand the spiritual nature of the services provided, the limitations regarding guaranteed outcomes, and the applicable booking, cancellation, refund, and participation policies.

You also acknowledge that all services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.
