This session is for those seeking insight, perspective, or support around their life, emotions, relationships, transitions, or personal path. Using my intuitive gifts, I help you explore what may be coming forward, what you may be sensing beneath the surface, and what guidance can help you move ahead with more clarity and confidence. This session can also support those who are beginning to recognize or develop their own intuitive abilities. We may explore how intuition shows up for you, how to understand what you are sensing, and how to build trust in your own inner knowing in a grounded and compassionate way. Intuitive Guidance is not about predicting your future or telling you what to do. It is a supportive, heart-centered space for reflection, clarity, and reconnecting with the wisdom already within you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Session Policy By booking a session with Heart & Spirit, you agree to the following terms and policies. All sessions are held virtually. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and virtual meeting link. Please enter your email correctly and check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for confirmations and reminders. A deposit is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your session and may be paid through the website or by Venmo. Your session time is reserved specifically for you once your deposit and booking are complete. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable. Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Please arrive on time and join from a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection. If you are late, your session will still end at the original scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be considered missed and the deposit will not be refunded. Heart & Spirit offers evidential mediumship and intuitive guidance. For mediumship readings, please do not provide detailed background information before or during your session. If I ask a clarifying question, I only ask for a simple yes or no answer so I can continue providing the details rather than receiving information from you. I cannot guarantee that a specific loved one will come through. Intuitive Guidance sessions are supportive sessions for clarity, self-trust, life insight, and intuitive development. They are not about predicting the future or telling you what to do. All sessions are held with compassion and respect. It is okay if something does not make sense in the moment. You may simply say “no” or “I don’t know.” Hostile, hateful, threatening, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. If a session must be ended due to disrespectful or unsafe behavior, no refund will be given. Sessions are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No specific outcome, message, connection, or result can be guaranteed. By booking, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and are responsible for your own decisions and interpretation of the session.
